What does maintain and sustain in a public library setting look like? How does one meaningfully maintain and sustain a public library? Would your staff and public say that your library is sustainable? Are you/staff on the road to burn-out? Are you working smartly? Is your library environmentally and socially friendly? Are programs, policies and spaces equitable?
Attendees will examine these issues and compare notes with others in such areas as mindset, operations, policy-making, program and service design, and more.
