The WSDLC, a shared collection of school library ebooks and digital materials, is open for initial sign-up through November 1, 2017.
Find FAQs, sign-up information and more on the WiLS website.
Joining the Consortium will help schools spend efficiently on digital library materials and address the inequity of access to materials through a shared digital library collection.
The cost per student to participate will be $1.50. Common School Funds may be used to buy into the collection. Signing up by November 1, 2017 guarantees access to the collection on opening day –January 2, 2018. This year, the Interim Board will select a potential list of resources by September 15, 2017.
We encourage school district leaders to collaborate with school media specialists to explore how membership can help build a robust library media program in your school. Actively participate in committee work to ensure the selection of high quality materials in years to come.
Visit the WSDLC website to learn more about the consortium and sign up to join. Please contact WiLS, the project managers, at or visit the FAQ on the WSDLC website.
